Covid-19, the measures

The coronavirus is gaining quite a foothold in the Netherlands, and some of those who become infected will need hospital treatment. Some will even end up in Intensive Care. Right now we are collectively trying to prevent a huge spike in the number of cases of illness, which may only partially succeed.

Nevertheless, we are going to try: #FlattenTheCurve. The Gold Xperience too. At the moment, we are still healthy, so we can continue to work on outstanding orders, repairs, and the collection. However, as the owner, I think it is wise to do this without my employees for the time being.

We really appreciate that you as a customer still want to come into the store! However, for the safety of all of us, we have a strict door policy:

• Knock! The door is locked and I open when you knock
• Maximum of 2 family members entering at the same time (i.e. not 2 customers)
• At least 1.5 meters distance please
• Disinfect hands immediately after entry
• We will adjust the opening hours slightly: Wednesday through Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and on Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.. So Tuesday will be dropped for now.
• The website with webshop will, of course, remain open. You can place orders and ask questions via the contact form or by phone: 06-51203400.
