By appointment
As of August 2024, Charlotte works by appointment during the week. A time for this can be scheduled in the scheduler, found on the contact page. For both a repair pickup and drop off, as well as a design session for new work and an appraisal, you can easily pinpoint a date and time via the calendar.
Free walk-ins will remain available on Saturdays, as usual between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
