Tying strings of pearls
Tying strings of pearls

As a goldsmith, I design and craft jewelry in gold, silver and platinum. But did you know that I also re-thread beaded necklaces and knot pearls?
The precious pearls are strung one by one with a double knot on wire specially made for pearl necklaces, so that the pearls hang nicely "loose" and do not damage each other. An additional advantage of knots is that if the cord should break once, the expensive pearls do not all fall on the ground and disappear around.
I also carefully thread necklaces of coral beads and other gemstone beads for you and usually include beautiful new end pieces and lock. Of course, the beads are cleaned before re-threading.
